Nam Tok or ‘waterfall’ is a delicious Thai preparation of beef. Thin streaks of beef are grilled alongside green onion, chilies, onion and fish sauce, with spearmint and lime added in the end. The waterfall refers to the juice dripping from the meat. This dish is also known as Thai beef salad.
2.Tom Yum Goong
Tom Yum Goong or Thai shrimp soup is a must-try Thai dish. The soup is made from shrimp, fish sauce, oyster mushrooms, chilies, galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves or maybe tamarind.
3.Kai Med Ma Muang
Kai Med Ma Muang is basically a fried chicken and cashew dish. Other ingredients of this Thai dish are green onion, garlic, carrot, chilies, pepper and occasionally mushrooms, sautéed in soy and oyster sauce.
4.Pad See Ew
Pad See Ew or Thai rice noodles is one of the popular dishes found at food stalls, as well as restaurants in Thailand. The dish is made from rice noodles which are fried with garlic, Chinese broccoli (Kai lan), eggs, chicken or beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar and chilies.
